Main Menu

Main menu contains most of the program functions. Some functions are also available on context (popup) menus - when you click right mouse button over some control or item and on icon toolbars on top of many windows.

Note that some menu items may be disabled (grayed) depending if a particular function is unavailable at the time. For example, if there is no message selected Open and Reply options will be disabled.

  • Junk Email » Add sender's domain to Safe Senders list - Adds message sender's domain (the part of email address after the @ character) into the Safe Senders list. • Junk Email » Add sender to Blocked Senders list - Adds message sender's full email address into the Blocked Senders list. The items in this list will also be downloaded, but immediately moved into the Deleted Items folder so they don't appear in Inbox. You have a chance of reviewing them in the Deleted Items folder, if you want to do so. Blocked items also won't be processed using any other filters such as Message Rules. Be careful not to block senders from which you want to receive messages! If you've accidentally blocked an item, you can remove it using the Safety Options (Tools menu). Also, have in mind that Blocked Senders are not a good tool for eliminating spam. Spammers can (and do) change their From address all the time and it may even be an email address from one of your contacts. So you can easily block the wrong person! Blocked senders are only if you get that annoying email from one (or more) specific senders (where From email address is always the same), so use it accordingly.
